A Partnership Built on Vision and Results
In 2018, serendipity struck when high school friends Ravi and Moe crossed paths again at a real estate sheriff’s auction. Entrepreneurial, like-minded, and hungry for adventure, they teamed up in a decisive moment and jumped into the world of commercial real estate.
Meet the Founders
Ravi is primarily responsible for maintaining brokerage and capital market relationships with RMR’s investors, sourcing new acquisitions, and executing operations for various projects. Prior to co-founding RMR Partners, Ravi was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch working on M&A and capital transactions. Ravi is a graduate of Rutgers University.
Moe is primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s internal development, banking, and asset management activities. Before co-founding RMR Partners, Moe was already immersed in the real estate business acquiring distressed properties at auction and steadily building capital through single and multi-family home transactions in New Jersey. Prior to real estate, he was a Management Consultant for Deloitte. Moe is a graduate of Villanova University.
