RMR saw an opportunity to transform one of the best located industrial sites in Passaic County. We rolled up our sleeves and in a record speed of 90 days completely overhauled the truck parking layout, upgraded building interiors, repaved the complex, and painted all the warehouses to a modern aesthetic. With over $500,000 in capital improvements and fully renovated spaces, we rapidly signed leases with new tenants at 30% higher than our in-place rates.
